The service
Intipucá.us provides a bilingual community platform: business directory, real estate listings and leads, events, classifieds, news, travel resources, and advertising. Some features are free; paid plans and placements are described on the Directory and Advertise pages.
User submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of businesses, properties, events, classifieds, and messages you submit. Do not post illegal content, scams, hate, or content that infringes others’ rights. We may edit, refuse, or remove submissions at our discretion.
Payments
Paid listings and ads are billed through Stripe. Fees are generally non-refundable once a listing or placement is live, except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the purchased placement.
Member accounts
Registering creates a member profile, not site-admin access. The public directory may show your name, location, bio, photo, and optional phone. Email stays private. Admin access is reserved for the site owner.
Affiliate links
Some Visit and Coming Home links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you book or buy through them, at no extra cost to you.
No professional advice
Content is community and informational. It is not legal, financial, medical, or immigration advice. Verify important decisions with qualified professionals and local authorities.
Limitation of liability
Intipucá.us is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or dealings between users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
